CONVENTIONAL LOW LEAKAGE DAMPER
CONVENTIONAL / LOW LEAKAGE BUTTERFLY DAMPER
MOST IDEAL FOR GAS ISOLATION APPLICATION, IN TYPICAL PROCESS GAS DUCTS, AT LOWER TEMPERATURES. WIDELY USED AS ID FAN INLET DAMPER.
 
  • Linear gas control in smaller sized ducts.
  • Very cost effectvie due to very less operating parts and ease of maintainenece.
  • Provided with variety of construction options, to suit budget requirements.
  • Damper seals provided in various material of construction, to work at lower temperatures.
  • Typically the leaktigness achievable shall be 95 – 99.5%, across cross – sectional area.
Conventional / low temperature multi – louvre damper
most ideal for gas control application, involving regulation of gas flow, at lower temperature ducts.
 
  • Even gas distribution in larger sized ducts.
  • Aerofoil blade design ensures minimum pressure drop across damper blade.
  • Multi lovure damper option available for both rectangular & ciruclar dusts.
  • Very linear process gas control between 20 – 90% of full gas volvume.

CONVENTIONAL RADIAL VANE INLET DAMPER
Most ideal for gas control application and used only at process fan nlet duct involving regulation of gas flow, at lower temperature ducts.
 
  • Very linear & even gas distribution through out the process fan capacity.
  • Aerofoil blade design ensures minimum pressure drop across damper blade.
  • Virtue of constrcution, it is installed in ciruclar ducts only.

CONVENTIONAL SLIDING PLATE DAMPERS FOR LOW TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS
Most ideal for application, to isolate the gas passing through process duct, at low temperatures.
 
  • By virtue of its construction, there is no pressure drop across damper blade, in flap retracted position. Hence ideal for larger duct sizes.
  • Simpler construction requires no maintainence
  • Gas tight bonnet construction possible to avoid any leakage of gases to out side atmosphere.
  • Typically the leaktigness achievable shall be better than 98% across cross – sectional area.

Most ideal for gas control application, involving regulation of gas flow, in high temperature ducts.

HIGH TEMPERATURE COFFEE POT VENT DAMPER
Most ideal for application, to vent high temperature gases in emergency situation.
 
  • Instant release of gas pressure, in duct during emergency situation.
  • Provided with refractory lining to with stand elevated temperatures in excess of 800˚ centigrade.
  • Simpler construction requires no maintainence and very reliable in operation during emergency situation.
  • Used mainly in hot air generator circuit.

Most ideal for application, to isolate the gas passing through process duct, at high temperatures.
 
  • Mostly employed for gas temepratures in excess of 500 deg. Cent. And above.
  • By virtue of its construction, there is no pressure drop across damper blade, in flap retracted position. Hence ideal for larger duct sizes.
  • Damper handling gas temepratures in excess of 800 deg. Cent. Provided with refractory lining.
  • Simpler construction requires no maintainence.
  • Gas tight bonnet construction possible to avoid any leakage of gases to out side atmosphere.

GUILLOTINE DAMPERS FOR ISOLATION DUTY
Most ideal for application, to isolate the gas passing through process duct, at low / medium temperatures.
 
  • Mostly widely used for gas isolation application, in process industry and accounts for about 80% of all isolation duty guillotine dampers.
  • By virtue of its construction, there is no pressure drop across damper blade, in retracted position. Hence ideal for larger duct sizes.
  • Guillotine dampers with special seals covering temeprature range below 500 deg. Cent. Provided for perfect gas isolation.
  • Gas tight bonnet construction possible to avoid any leakage of gases to out side atmosphere.

MAN SAFE DAMPERS FOR ISOLATION DUTY
Most ideal for application, to isolate the parellely placed gas compartments, generally through process ducts, handling gases at lower temperatures.
 
  • As the name suggests a complete gas isolation of the duct is must in damper close position. This ensures entry of service personnels, in gas dust / compatment for maintainence.

Most ideal for application, to isolate the parellely placed vertical gas compartments, generally through process ducts handling gases at lower temperatures.
 
  • As the name suggests a complete gas isolation of the duct is must in damper close position.
  • By virtue of its construction, there is no pressure drop across damper blade, in retracted position. Hence ideal for larger duct sizes.

STACK DAMPERS FOR ISOLATION DUTY
Most ideal for application, to utilise the residual heat in process gases released in atmosphere. this is achieved by capping the chimney / stack with a specially built damper for redirecting the process gases for effective pre-heating and dust removal prior to release of the gases in atmosphere.
 
  • Robust modular construction, to operate in very remote and elevated temperature range.
  • It is possible to contruct the same in split flap construction or in construction similar to coffee pot damper. Selection of the same is on application basis.
